  Customer service is spelled Camden! My husband and I were new to the area and needed a bank that was willing to work with our special requests to accommodate our bi-monthly budgeting needs. We tried another bank and they were not willing to help us so we decided to try Camden. They were close to our home and the manager sat down with us and assured us she and her team could provide the specifics we needed. Sure enough - 7 months in and we're very happy we chose Camden! A couple of months back there was an error with one of our transactions and they offered to have a teller wait (potentially after closing) so I could come by after work! More recently another issue with the exact change came up (hey, mistakes happen) and I wasn't able to leave to come back (sleeping baby and work hours) so they sent a manager over to my house to make it right! Who does that?!!? Camden does. They go above and beyond and in all my years banking I've never had quite the personal attention and help that they provide. I'm really glad we found them and I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a new bank or who's new to the area, to go there first! What was only going to be a temporary bank account may just be a lifelong one!
